However, whatever attacked Corporation C-199X must have did not seem to suffer any major casualties. The massacre was perhaps on the other side of the fight.
You imminently order the ship’s computer to check long-range scans for any signs of movement. You have no clue how long ago or not this battle took place. Let alone if any scouts were left behind to look for any survivors or rescue attempts.
The computer reported back it did not pick up anything unusual on the long-range sensors. That however means little to you. For all, you know alien spacecraft would be undetectable to your sensors.
After some further investigation of the structure itself, it seemed like it would be safe enough to explore it. While certain sections might no longer hold pressure and are venting into space. It seems those parts have been sealed off from the rest of the structure.
You felt however out of safety this one might be worth wearing the spacesuit for. While it would be a bit bulky to do a lot of exploring in it. That would be better than not having it at all in case this place is further decaying apart.
The good news at least you would not need to use the limited amount of oxygen you have remaining in the air tanks. That was unless you came across a section you needed to go through that lacked life support.
Ready to go on an adventure you could suit up, grab your backpack and head into the superstructure. You could also decide this was just not worth the risk and try exploring any other locations you have not been to yet 2-560, M-HHJ-456, U-877, I-IIK-9844 or K-TYY-3333.
