Gammi Bawis is a culinary from Bontang City of East Kalimantan, this culinary is fed with white rice. The word Gammi comes from the Bontang language which means chili paste. While Bawis is endemic fish that many live in sea waters Bontang City East Kalimantan. This fish is similar to baronang fish. the fish directly cooked with sambal but I prefer fried for a while let a little crisp. Chilli chili sauce and then fried with oil directly using the cobek, then the fish entered and serve immediately hot-hot. Alhamdulillah extraordinary spicy sensation adds to the pleasure while eating it.
