(This is me about 1 yr ago playing around with sumo deadlifting, 185kg (407lb) for 3 reps beltless.)
My Name is Mitchell, I am a 20 yr old personal trainer in Brisbane, Australia. I am also at University studying a degree Mechanical Engineering. My love is all things fitness and specifically powerlifting! I am about 1 week out from my first competition. I am here to help like minded people improve their lifting as well as sharing my journey in bettering myself! Also to share everything powerlifting! Like I said in my first post, I'll be going into technique, equipment, food, warm ups etc. I have been training of about 4yrs and started to power lift about 2yrs ago. Basically, everything I have learnt while powerlifting, I will be passing on to those who would like to learn :)
