It's from these experiences (plus endless hours glued to cookbooks and online food blogs) that she gathers inspiration for her exquisite dishes, which she serves every weekend when entertaining others in an effort to whet their insatiable appetites. She's even part of an exclusive “Gourmet Club,” a group of Seattle-based foodies who are constantly researching, experimenting, and tasting new dishes to introduce to one another and eventually share with the world!
