During this period most persons tend to eat and sleep. One fire key to good health is to exercise our bodies.
Do we have fitness apps?
There are many fitness apps for our smartphones which allow you exercise in the comfort of your room and have good exercise. Another good thing about exercise is the fact that you tend to keep your body in a very good shape.
When you workout you are more smart and you reduce the risk of having stroke because there's constant flow of blood in your body.
Challenge yourself to exercise daily for a better and healthy life.
Second day Achievement
For my second day I challenged myself to completing 15 exercises in a short duration. I can tell you I feel good and healthy. I hope I don't get to visit the hospital again soon after a rough last month.
I am learning to do passing when I write to make the reader not bored or my writing boring, thanks to for those wonderful tips
