One my my favourite ways to get in my veggies is to make a whole sandwhich packed full of them! This is filled with greens (arugula & spinach), tomato, onion, cucumber, sauerkraut, vegan kale pesto, and more. ๐ if you were looking for less calories, take the bread out of the equation and turn this into a salad! Ok yeah Iโm still obsessed with salads, and I donโt think Iโll ever stop ๐ฅ๐
