In today's blog post, I'm about to share the yummiest summer related recipe that is known as Mango Mousse. It is a dessert which can be served to the guests or treat yourself with one cup of mousse after having dinner. Mango season is here so I decided to make many recipes with mangoes as much as possible to make. Last day, I created two recipes with mangoes and sharing with you one of them.
You will get the following mixture ready to pour into serving cups when all set. I just whipped everything together here which I put into smaller cups.
Mango Mousse
Mango Mousse is a well-known dessert and favourite of all age group of people. Everyone loved to eat such a refreshing dessert during summers. The colour of yellow looks so appealing and eyes pleasing so the taste do the justice with it. It has very minimal ingredients to make.
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:
| Name | Quantity | |
|---|---|---|
| Fresh Mangoes Purée | 2 PC | |
| Whipping Cream | 1 cup | |
| Condensed Milk | 1/4th cup | |
| Mango Chunks | to serve | |
| Mint Leaf | to garnish |
💫 Method:
First off, gather all of the ingredients to the kitchen countertop and make sure you are using cold whipping cream
Here, I used the sweet whipping cream so if you are not using the sweet one then you have to adjust the sweetness by adding more condensed milk
Peal off the mango skin and cut into slices first then make a purée out of it and set aside
Take a large sized bowl, add cold whipping cream to the bowl and blend a bit
Now add condensed milk and mango purée to the bowl and beat the mixture using electric beater until stiff peaks
Its ready when you stiff peaks. Just put into serving bowls and garnish it with mango chunks and mint leaves
Let it set in the refrigerate for good 5-6 hours before serving
Enjoy❣️
