For this week contest,week 52 I will be singing a song by Charles Jenkins tittled 'My God is awesome".

Charles Jenkins is a popular popular song writer well know for his songs and live performance. He also does covers too.

Many times people say the sentence "Love is Blind" which in some way I disagree with that. Love is actually blind but not to everybody, I once was doing the "Love is Blind" something but the heat of betrayal opened my eyes. Love has to do with our emotions that's why most times when we let our emotions overrule our sense of humor we get played. It's either we choose to be controlled by our emotions or by our sense of reasoning or better still our emotions and sense of reasoning. I particularly prefer to work with my emotions and sense of reasoning, the sense of reasoning guides me so that I should not do what I will end up regretting and the emotions creates a space for the person I love in my heart. I prefer love should do the right thing and stop hiding behind the scene of "Love is Blind" because when the right thing is not done, until it is done there's gonna be two right people doing the wrong thing and we all know what it means to do the wrong thing..

We start with a previous stretching since I personally like to stretch a little before starting any training, no matter how simple it is, it is very important, besides it brings many benefits as I have commented in other of my posts since it helps to avoid injuries, better circulation, and many other benefits, besides it will not present any problem at the time of an intense or passive training session.

Today, Yura Yunita will have a concert in my city, Medan. Not only Yura Yunita but several famous Indonesian singers and musicians will also participate in the concert tonight. They will all rock the city of Medan tonight. I was lucky to have bought a pre-sale ticket because the tickets sold were limited. It was reported that their concert tickets had sold out yesterday. I am very happy and excited to enjoy their performance tonight.

Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I bring you a short but intense back routine where we will focus on explosive strength and also some complements that are very important in the development of your back, because sometimes we forget to train other parts of our muscles because we always repeat the same exercises and when it comes to development and definition we must seek to cause different stimuli, in this case explosive strength, because doing exercises in this way we can recruit the fibers that are involved in this force and be able to have a more optimal development of our muscle and also try to train with weight for greater hypertrophy, so in this routine today I will share with you how I train this part to have a very good back and also have more strength and size. Even if you don't have the tools to train it with weights, you can add other extra exercises as substitutes for the exercises, such as barbell rowing or parallel bar scapular raises 💪🏼.
