Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of milk
- 0,5 glass of oil
- 2 glass of flour
- 0,5 glass of sugar
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 2 tsp of cocoa
- 1 bar of chocolate
Preparation:
We cut the chocolate into a thick pieces. Combine the wet ingredients (egg, milk, oil) in one bowl and the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and chocolate) in another one. Dry ingredients are added to the wet and blended (preferably with a spatula) until the ingredients are combined. Put cake into the muffin molds (I have silicone molds) to 3/4 height.
Muffins bake about 15 minutes in the oven heated to 200 degrees of C.
