If you're ready we can start our first excercise!
Do all the excercises after each other:

<li>deep squats - 10 reps</li>
<li>push-ups. - 10 reps</li>
<li>V-ups. -10 reps</li></strong>
</ol>
after these excercises take a 30 seconds rest
After rest repeat excercises for 10 rounds.
