
Thanks to@jozef230 for introducing me to the See Food Challenge! Here is my first challenge day food looks like:
Morning: I started off with a glass of water water with a little tea spoon of apple cider vinegar. The. I made this granola yogurt cup for myself (Greek sugar free yogurt/chocolate cultured coconut cream/ granola / almonds/ dried coconut / hemp seeds / dates )
Snack : red sweet peppers with two dipping sauces ( red bean paste/ avocado tomato sauce)
Lunch: vermicelli soup with (spinach/ cilantro / tofu / Korean Enoki mushroom / fish tofu / ham / pickles )
Snack : 7 layer-dip
Dinner: cauliflower brown rice stew
Dessert: cottage cheese waffles with whip cream and maple syrup ( I know it’s normally breakfast item lol but since it’s so healthy no harm to have a little bit just for the taste!better than cake right?!)
And finished with a cup of hot chocolate ( also home made with simple ingredients: coco powder/ honey / whip cream)
