Adobong kangkong is truly pinoy food . It is filipino native food and it is very simple to cook and affordable. Because this food was very easy to make I assure that every filipino was know this food.

In this food is all you need is;
Kangkong, garlic, onion, salt, magic sarap, soysouce, and vinegar. But in this photos I add a little twist to make the more presentable I add slice red bell peppers and slice onion licks .
And now this the easy way step for cooking this food;
- First wash the kangkong and drain it. And turn on the heat and put the fun with oil and prefer for toasting the onion and garlic until it to slight brown and time to put the kangkong and toast it a little bit and add the soy souce, and vinegar and magic Sarah seasoning thin mix and put a 1 cup of water and wait it until the first boil thin mix and wait again until the soup become little. Then put it in plate and serve to your dining table and injoy your eating..
