It was the last work out at the Gym for this year.
So i kind of revisited this year in terms of health.
To give you some background
It is now over a year since i had injured my right shoulder and elbow.
(In short words my diagnose: intervertebral discs protrusion, epicondylitis, shoulder tendon tear, but the joints are fine)
Over the course of a few months i barely could move my arm, i am way better now, but still not fully recovered,
here's something i found with the therapies i went through the last year.
Besides those workout's at the Gym that aim for muscle rebuild, for the agility of my shoulder basically this Iaido warm ups did a really good job. I consider the first four exercises to be a good training anyway.
So if you're looking for some fitness new years resolution (or just got trouble with your shoulder), this could be a good start for you.
You not necessarily need a sword to exercise, a broomstick should do the trick as well (or carve yourself a bokto ;).
