I really love raw cakes, especially when they have fresh taste like raw lime cake. When i started to go vegan, i had to change my eating habits, so I change desserts to. From my favorite chocolate cake i started to make my own raw cakes and one of the best is raw lime cake.
Not that it only tastes great, it looks great on a photos too.
