Just finished off my workout with 3 sets of this core killer:
π10 x Leg Raises
π10 x Toe Taps
π20 x Power Crunches
π10 x Pretzel Crunch (L+R)
π10 second Hollow Hold
My workout also consisted of:
πDB Hammer Press
πDB Lateral Raise
πDB Chest Press
πDB Fly
πDeadlifts
πBent Over Row
In supersets with cardio sprints in between.
