This is my second cooking post on steem.
Well, I don't have any other social media account and that's why it's actually my second post in my entire blogging career.
I don't even have a decent thumbnail photo.
Maybe this artistic bacon, onion, knife composition will attract a view or two.
Sour cream and Gorgonzola cheese are the main ingredients.
I was too lazy to go to the Italian store and danish blue cheese was the closed substitute I was able to find in Walmart.
It's more piquant than gorgonzola and sauce is not as it should taste.
Salt and pepper plus some spices from my rack.
I only use basil and sweet paprika for this occasion.
The sauce is almost ready.
The pasta was invented in China, not Italy as many people assume. But Italians have a good imagination inventing names.
Tortiglioni?
Never heard of this name, although I know this type of pasta for decades.
I like my beats sliced by myself as thin as possible.
With pepper, salt, olive oil, and unpasteurized apple vinegar on top.
You wouldn't believe this.
What a stupid mistake. I forgot to take the picture of the final product.
But I didn't skip dessert tho.

I don't want to know how many calories are inside of this pail.
