Perhaps not as impressive as it's larger/messier counterpart, but I thought to use the same black bean brownie mix in a cupcake format.
This little guy looks alot tidier/minimalistic compared to the original Strawbrownie but still just as tasty and easier to handle/bite into.
Call it the "diet version" if you will. As always, fresh never frozen berries!
