Hoy me levante muy temprano porque no podía dormir, creo que eran aproximadamente las 3 de la mañana y me puse a preparar un pan para no andar dando vuelta por la casa, primero pensé servirlo para el desayuno, pero lo dejé para la tarde y así disfrutarlo mientras veíamos los juegos olímpicos.
Ingredients:
1 boiled chicken breast
1 avocado
1 sprig of coriander
1 whole egg
1 clove garlic
1 lemon
Neutral oil
Salt and pepper to taste.

🍞 As this sandwich is special, it deserved a homemade and non-industrial mayonnaise, you know that at home I have an addict to this dressing, so I got to work with a mayonnaise spiced with coriander, first I added the egg and then the rest of the ingredients, the oil was added in the form of a thread until the desired consistency was achieved, I used the blender but you can also make it with a manual mixer, I used 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, but you can also use vinegar.
🍞 Como este sándwich es especial merecía una mayonesa casera y no industrial, ya saben que en casa tengo a un adicto a este aderezo, así que me puse manos a la obra con una mayonesa especiada con cilantro, primero agregué el huevo y luego el resto de los ingredientes, el aceite lo añadí en forma de hilo hasta lograr la consistencia deseada, utilicé la licuadora pero también la puedes hacer con un batidor manual, yo utilicé 1 cucharadita de jugo de limón, pero también puedes utilizar vinagre.
