Las panquecas es uno de mis delirios, por lo que siempre hago las tradicionales que nosotros conocemos, sin embargo, en esta ocasión quise probar agregándole Toddy en polvo ya que lo tenía por ahí guardado. Suelo colocarle queso o alguna que otra compañia pero esta vez quise probarla sola. En esta oportunidad te comparto la receta de una deliciosa panqueca con Toddy.

Pancakes are one of my deliriums, so I always make the traditional ones we know, however, this time I wanted to try adding Toddy powder since I had it in my stash. I usually add cheese or some other company but this time I wanted to try it alone. This time I share with you the recipe for a delicious pancake with Toddy.

En un bol agregamos 3 cucharadas de azúcar y 3 cucharadas de mantequilla, lo mezclamos bien para luego agregar la harina de trigo. Mezclamos muy bien para obtener una consistencia bien homogénea.

In a bowl add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter, mix well and then add the wheat flour. Mix very well to obtain a homogeneous consistency.

Una vez ya haber mezclado, procedemos a agregarle 3 cucharadas de toddy. Queda así como un chocolate, si es a tu gusto puede agregarle leche también ya sea liquida o en polvo, todo queda a tu preferencia.

Once mixed, proceed to add 3 spoonfuls of toddy. It looks like chocolate, if you like you can also add milk, either liquid or powdered, everything is up to your preference.

Ya listo nuestra mezcla con toddy, procedemos a echarlo en el sartén a fuego lento por 15 minutos y listo ¡ya tenemos nuestra panqueca con toddy!

Once our mixture with toddy is ready, we proceed to put it in the pan over low heat for 15 minutes and that's it, we have our pancake with toddy!
