Hello, friends especially foodies!
Could you ever imagine santorini put in a height? If you never imagine it, then better you come by yourselves to this cafe which was ala santorini but located in height.
Yeah when you come to Paolo Fest, the one think you could say was wow... This cafe had just opened since 2022 November 22nd. And since then, never been empty. People came to see how they made ala Santorini cafe in height. Even not in the evening, so many customers were there.
Here was how the outdoor cafe look from the outside.
Lucky for Paolo Fest that it was located among three mountains, Panderman mountain, Arjuna mountain and Welirang mountain. So the natural view from this place was awesome.
Even from their parking area you could see the mountain. Isn't it so pretty?
Before we entered to Paolo fest, don't forget to take a photo right before the gate with the mountain vibe like we did...

When we came it was around 3 pm something but the customers there were so many. I know they were like us, want to know this newest vibe cafe. But the queue up line was really long. Luckily we went there with many personels, so some were on the table, waiting for us, some were ordering the food and drink.
The customers were waiting to order from the front until inside at the cashier around an hour! Imagine how crowded it was..
After asked for the relatives to orders i tried to figure out what this cafe offers beside their food and drink of course..
There they had quite large dining area, with some indoor areas for their customers, but mostly it had open outdoor area. Oh yes before forget i would like to tell you that this place had no air conditioners because even their indoor dining area also an open area.
Inside they also had santorini style of gate for some tables behind, unfortunately we couldn't sit there because the area was full.
Near the area there were also some pools to give the mediterranean touch to their santorini style.
Oh yeah, we also didn't forget to take selfie while were queuing there, i also took a photo near their paolo fest brand.
You could also take a picture on the stair right below the paolo fest brand, cool!
For your information they also put some tables that you could enjoy their food there too.
Now let's go back to their dining area, on the second floor they had fake green grass as carpet for the dining area. The place was quite large and of course, outdoor with their santorini theme in white and blue color.
And on the roof top they had blue color for the floor with the view of another mountain that looked awesome. And the wind there was so big, watch out!
After seeing around then we back to see our relatives queue up, thank God, it wasn't too long anymore, so it was our time to take some pastries before ordering.
Anyway i forget to tell you about their menus. For the food, they pad kinda spaghetti pasta, grilled cheese, toast and burger. Beside they also had some indonesian food menus like red beans rib soup, red oxtail soup (i wonder how it look, nevee found any like this before), two kind of fried rice and also two kind of chicken don. They also had french fries, truffle mayo fries, fried cauliflower, chicken pom pom, chips n dips, chicken wing, paolo fried banana, baby corn and sweet toast.
While for the drink they had cappuccino, americano, espresso, spanish coffee, ice coffee paolo, rose coffee, salted caramel and okinawa coffee. They also had wedang, traditional javanese spices drink. And as well they had some milk drink like putu ayu, rosemilk, cotton candy, nagasari, and chocolate praline. For the tea, they had tropical jelly tea (sold out, bahhh), lemon earl grey, tea hot and lemongrass. Plus they also had gelato there.
Of course our pastry came first, because we took it ourselves to the table.
What i tasted was the fruit pastry. The pastry was soft but crunchy and it had sweet fruit on the top.
Anyway the drinks and food weren"t coming at the same time, our table was full of food and drinks and was messy.
My okinawa coffee came first so i drank it. It had a quite strong robusta coffee but it mixed with milk. The taste of it was light sweet with strong coffee. Nothing special with the okinawa coffee, it just like ordinary milk coffee iced.
I also had their melted cheese beef bacon.
It was grain toast with cheese and bacon as the filling. It had soft texture with tasty savory bacon and cheese.
I also ordered their beef spaghetti alfredo...
Not oily and it cooked in alfredo sauce. It had savory creamy flavour. Tasty in savory but the beef slices were in small amount!
Anyway I like their home made french fries. Crunchy and savory. And they used good quality of potato there, great!
Overall the food were tasty, this place had quite different style, santorini in a height which you should try!
