Another Sunday church service online. I sure do miss the good ole days! You know.....where we actually go to church, worship, listen to the Word, fellowship and HUG 🤗!!! (Sigh)
After church, we had a bite of lunch and after waiting an appropriate amount of time, we headed out.
This hike was for Actifit-Lamb as she had not had a hike in 2 days! She was chomping at the bit to go. Plus, I had a couple of surprises for her.
First we found some interesting mushrooms in a pile of mulch up near the trailhead.
As we hiked on , the Ghost ‘Shrooms are multiplying and coming along nicely. We found 2 new stands of them all close to the original.
So, we got up to Towhee Ridge, and I began to unpack Actifit-Lamb’s surprises.
Actifit-Lamb has a new sunflower picnic mat and an official bug catcher and habitat! She was so excited! It was sunny, so I had to get her umbrella out to shade her from the sun’s harmful rays.
Soon it was time to head back out. Actifit-Lamb climbed back up into the backpack.
She got really excited when she saw this guy.......
She really wanted to put him in the bug habitat. I had to explain to her that it wasn’t a bug and that it was grossly slimy and icky and I didn’t want to have to wash her new bug habitat. She was disappointed 😔
We came back home and I began work on a mask for 
Soon, it will be time for bed. I am tired tonight.
