Vegan burgers at Hive Open Days in Alicante

Yesterday for dinner after a day of exploring Alicante and helping clean the island of Tabarca we got back to the mainland for some drinks and eats.

I have got myself a vegan burger (made out of falafel) that was fully loaded with avocado, beetroot and other veggies, it was delicious.

Hive account@ratona is not vegan herself but after seeing my burger she wanted to try it and ordered one for herself too! I took a quick picture to capture the spontaineity of the first bite (it was a THICK BURGER!)

Hive account@tibfox as a vegetarian got himself the same burger, making it 3 of us! This is plant power! 🌱

Not vegan burger related but as you can see Hive account@ninaeatshere got the coolest glass of beer I have ever seen BTW!

The burger (and beer) helped a great deal to recover the energy after all the activities of the day!
