Today I wanted to eat Italian cuisine again and I went to the Italian restaurant Ciao a tutti. I tried a new dessert - Ciaomisu. As stated on the menu, "this is the original version of tiramisu. It consists of mascarpone cream, egg yolks and amaretto, served with a chocolate cake baked on site." My favorite part was the creamy part of this dessert. The chocolate shell was ordinary, cocoa. Also good.
Dzisiaj znowu miałam ochotę na włoską kuchnię i wybrałam się do włoskiej restauracji Ciao a tutti. Spróbowałam nowego deseru - Ciaomisu. Jak napisano w menu, "to autorska wersja tiramisu. Składa się z kremu na bazie mascarpone, żółtek i amaretto, podany z czekoladowym ciastkiem wypiekanym na miejscu". Najbardziej smakowała mi kremowa część tego deseru. Czekoladowa skorupka była zwyczajna, kakaowa. Też dobra.
The combination of the chocolate shell with the cream tasted great.
Fajnie smakowało połączenie czekoladowej skorupki z kremem.
There were fewer people in the restaurant today than on Sunday. Just like last time, I sat in the corner of the room. I noticed posters with maps on the wall with painted dishes popular in different parts of Italy.
Dzisiaj było mniej ludzi niż w niedzielę. Podobnie jak ostatnio usiadłam w rogu sali. Zauważyłam znajdujące się na ścianie plakaty z mapkami na których były namalowane dania popularne w różnych częściach Włoch.
I would love to try those dishes that I have not eaten yet. When it comes to Italian cuisine, I most often eat pizzas and pastas (various types) and cakes. I hope that my Italian culinary explorations will lead me to try other new dishes, e.g. Italian soups.
Chętnie bym spróbowała tych dań, których jeszcze nie jadłam. Z potraw kuchni włoskiej najczęściej jem pizze i makarony (różne rodzaje) oraz ciastka. Mam nadzieję, że moje włoskie eksploracje kulinarne zaprowadzą mnie do wypróbowania innych, nowych potraw np. włoskich zup.
The main course I ordered in the restaurant today was the Salame pizza - with Napoli salami, Leccino olives, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. Very tasty. The olives had an intense aroma, salami imported from Italy tasted different from the salami I eat every now and then. The Italian ingredients used in the pizza did a great job.
Daniem głównym, które dzisiaj zamówiłam w restauracji była pizza Salame - z salami Napoli, oliwkami Leccino, serem mozzarella i pomidorami. Bardzo smaczna. Oliwki miały intensywny aromat, salami sprowadzane z Włoch smakowało inaczej niż salami, które jem co jakiś czas. Włoskie składniki używane w pizzy zrobiły dużo dobrej roboty.
