Tartar sauce
Suitable for fish, seafood and chicken dishes. Cooking time: 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 boiled yolks;
- Salt and black ground pepper - to taste;
- ¹/₂ lemon;
- 120 ml of olive oil;
- a large bunch of green onions;
- 1 pickled cucumber;
- 5 olives;
- 2 cloves garlic.
Preparation
Egg yolks with a fork. Salt, pepper and mix with the juice of half a lemon. Beat with whisk or blender, gently pour olive oil.
When the sauce thickens, add finely chopped green onions, cucumber and olives. Pass garlic through the press and also send it to tartar. Stir thoroughly, store in the refrigerator.
