Quick fish pie in a frying pan
Ingredients
For filling:
- 1 can of canned fish in oil;
- 2 boiled eggs;
- a bunch of dill and green onions;
- salt - to taste;
- hard cheese - to taste.
For the test:
- 1 cup of kefir;
- 1 egg;
- 1 cup of flour;
- ½ teaspoon of soda;
- butter or sunflower oil - for lubrication.
Preparation
Chop the fish with a fork, add finely chopped eggs and herbs into it and mix well. Salt, if you do not have enough salt.
Now go to the test. To do this, combine kefir with flour, then add egg, soda and mix until homogeneous. Pour the dough into a greased frying pan, distribute the top on top (leave at least a centimeter to the edge of the sides so that it does not fall out). Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook the cake over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
Check the preparedness of the dish by raising the pie with a spatula: if the dough is well browned, the dish can be removed from the fire. For a couple of minutes until ready, sprinkle the cake with grated cheese, wait until it melts, and turn off the cooker.
