Mini Caprese
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 cherry tomatoes;
- 12 pieces of mozzarella;
- 12 skewers;
- 100 ml of balsamic vinegar;
- fresh basil;
- salt and pepper to taste.
METHOD
- In a small saucepan, heat balsamic vinegar for 5-10 minutes until it thickens. Do not forget to stir it.
- Cherry tomatoes wash, dry and nibble on skewers. Next, plant a leaf of basil and a slice of mozzarella.
- Pour each serving with balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Serve to the table.
