¡Queridos amigos! Hoy pasé un sábado hermoso, pues tuve la dicha de asistir a una feria, de gastronomía Argentina. Vale destacar que había una gran variedad de productos artesanales; venta de miel, verduras, frutas, cerveza artesanal, quesos, charcutería, helados, alfajores, entre otros, que los mismos ciudadanos, auspiciados por la municipalidad de Avellaneda, Sarandí en Buenos Aires, presentaron y comercializaron.
Mientras paseaba y degustaba algunos dulces, mermeladas y licores, descubrí en uno delos stand, una de mis legumbres favoritas, las alcachofas o alcauciles; lo más hermoso era su color, morado y lo que aproveché de tomar algunas fotografías con mi Samsung, A-12.
De estas verduras les diré que es muy nutritivas, su parte interior es blanda y jugosa, está recubierta por hojas superpuestas de manera perfecta, que muchas personas la confunden con una flor. Aunque la alcachofa en su esencia es una flor. En una de las imágenes pueden detallar la flor de la alcachofa, que no es otra cosa que la misma verdura, pero cuando no se cosecha.
Por supuesto que no aguanté la tentación y compré algunas para prepararlas en casa. Lo bello y que más me gustó, fueron sus flores y la robustez de las alcachofas. Se me hizo aguas la boca imaginando el sabor de la misma.
Finalmente, compré algunas alcachofas, así como otros productos, para degustar en casa. De todas las fotos que tomé, preferí mostrarles estas extraordinarias alcachofas. Así que espero les gusten mis fotografías. Tal vez, pronto les estaré presentando la preparación de las mismas.

Dear friends! Today I spent a beautiful Saturday, because I had the joy of attending a exhibition of Argentine cuisine. It is worth mentioning that there was a great variety of handmade products; sale of honey, vegetables, fruits, craft beer, cheeses, charcuterie, ice cream, alfajores, among others, that the citizens themselves, sponsored by the municipality of Avellaneda, Sarandí in Buenos Aires, presented and marketed.
While I was walking and tasting some sweets, jams and liquors, I discovered in one of the stands, one of my favorite vegetables, artichokes or artichoke; the most beautiful thing was its color, purple and I took the opportunity to take some pictures with my Samsung A-12.
Of these vegetables I will tell you that it is very nutritious, its inner part is soft and juicy, it is covered by overlapping leaves in a perfect way, that many people confuse it with a flower. Although the artichoke in its essence is a flower. In one of the images you can detail the flower of the artichoke, which is nothing more than the same vegetable, but when it is not harvested.
Of course I could not resist the temptation and bought some to prepare them at home. What was beautiful and what I liked the most were the flowers and the robustness of the artichokes. It made my mouth water imagining the taste of it.
