Hola! Espero que estén bien, yo me encuentro de maravilla ya que he estado logrando metas que mi yo del pasado jamas pensó que lograría, ademas hoy es el cumpleaños de mi primo Hive account@franzzonline !! Por eso el día de ayer por la noche quedamos en reunirnos hoy por la mañana para decorar su torta de cumpleaños, como ya saben en mi post anterior la hicimos pero no pude decorarla ya que era realmente tarde y tenia que irme a casa

Esta mañana llegue a su casa y fui directamente a su habitación para felicitarlo, como siempre estaba en su computadora dedicándole tiempo a sus proyectos, algo que admiro sinceramente, luego me dirigí a la cocina y junto a mi tía que me ayudo muchísimo logramos decorar la torta de mi querido primo

Mi ayudante para decorar en esta ocasión fue mi tía, ella me ayudo con lo que necesitaba en el proceso y a tomar las fotos para mostrarles como se decoro esta deliciosa torta, a mi primo le gustan las tortas cremosas así que eso fue lo que hicimos para el !

Merengue italiano

Italian Merengue

ME ENCANTA EL MERENGUE ITALIANO! es mi parte favorita de las tortas que hace mi mama desde que era pequeña, es la crema perfecta para decorar una torta y que el resultado sea muy apetitoso! aquí te dejare el paso a paso por si aun no sabes como realizarlo!

Los ingredientes:

Azúcar

Clara de huevo

Colorante comestible azul

Esencia o simplemente jugo de limón

Proceso:

En mi caso utilice 6 claras de huevos con 2 azúcar, cuando colocas a calentar el azúcar con el agua esperas unos 5 minutos, luego las claras las bates hasta llegar al punto de nieve, cuando notes que el almíbar llego a punto de bola o puedes agarrar un poco y haces una bolita con tus manos es momento de añadirlo al bowl es importante que mientras estés batiendo lo agregues poco a poco y por las paredes del bowl para evitar grumos, deja que la batidora haga su trabajo hasta que tome temperatura ambiente le agregas la esencia o el jugo de limón junto con el colorante de tu preferencia y esta lista !

Comencé a realizar zigzag por toda la parte de abajo hasta completar los alrededores de la torta, luego realice primero unos de manera separada para lograr un resultado mas exacto, como si fueran grandes triángulos de zigzag azules

Por ultimo complete el patrón que estaba siguiendo desde el comienzo y quedo como lo ven en la foto, la verdad me gusto mucho, se ve sencilla y apetitosa

Creo que es una tradición comerse lo que quedo de la preparación de la torta o su decoración aquí en mi país jajaja siempre nos peleamos en casa por quien se queda con el bowl con crema

Pero en esta ocasión compartimos mi primo franco, mi tía y yo lo que quedo de la preparación de esta deliciosa torta, como siempre no pueden faltar las fotos locas jaja es una costumbre muy bonita entre nosotros, es increíble como hace unos años no nos llevábamos para nada bien y ahora somos inseparables, nos apoyamos mutuamente y nos damos los consejos que necesitemos, así sean un poco hirientes, a veces son necesarios y solo las personas que realmente te quieren y quieren verte en lo mas alto lo harán, hoy tuve la dicha de comer merengue italiano con el, abrazarlo y decirle lo mucho que lo quiero, hasta bailamos Calipso ( un baile tradicional del estado donde vivo ) eso fue muy loco jajaja Hive account@franzzonline primo querido eres una persona que aveces no soporto pero sabes que así te amo, gracias por existir y ser mi fiel confidente, feliz cumpleaños p.p. de mi corazoncito 💙
