Espero que estén super bien, como siempre paso por aquí deseándoles primeramente lo mejor, buena salud y prosperidad, por mi parte, estoy algo agotada del trabajo, pero bien gracias a Dios, feliz de poder compartirles esta rica cena, pues utilice ingredientes que sobraron de la cena anterior, la cual había sido mi aniversario y como buenos amantes de la pasta, solemos aprovechar de cenar tres días seguidos distintas preparaciones con pasta, en este caso cociné yo, la vez pasada fue mi compañero de vida. Realice una rica pasta en salsa de champiñones con vino blanco y pollo, tenía mucho tiempo que no hacia esta preparación, recuerdo que la primera vez que la hice quede totalmente enamorada, de esas recetas que me hicieron darme cuanta lo mucho que disfruto cocinar, sobre todo pasta y aún más si es para compartirla con un ser amado, así que espero que les guste tanto como a nosotros, si eres amante de la pasta, amaras con locura hacer esta preparación.

I'm happy to share this delicious dinner with you, since I used leftover ingredients from last night's dinner, which was my anniversary. As pasta lovers, we usually take advantage of having different pasta dishes for three days in a row. This time I cooked; last time my partner did. I made a delicious pasta in a mushroom sauce with white wine and chicken. It had been a long time since I'd made this dish. I remember the first time I made it, I fell completely in love with it. It's one of those recipes that made me realize how much I enjoy cooking, especially pasta, and even more so when it's to share with a loved one. So I hope you like it as much as we do. Ingredientes:

Pasta al gusto Crema de leche Mantequilla Pimienta negra molida Queso pecorino con pimienta Cebolla Champiñones Pechuga de pollo Vino blanco

Ingredients:

Por supuesto lo principal es tener todos los ingredientes a la mano y listos para ser cocinados, en cuanto a la cantidad de cada cosa, realmente lo hice a lo que mi corazón dictaba jajaja o sea, la he hecho tantas veces, que no suelo medir nada, pero para darles alguna idea, use la mitad de crema de leche, tres cucharadas grandes de mantequilla y una cebolla entera grande con la misma cantidad de champiñones, en cuanto al pollo, suelo usar una pechuga y picarla en cuadritos. En una sartén coloque el pollo previamente picado con una cucharada de mantequilla, sal y pimienta, una vez listo añadí la cebolla y los champiñones, cocine a fuego medio hasta que la cebolla se puso transparente y añadí las cucharadas grandes de mantequilla y la crema de leche, a mí me gusta que la salsa quede espesa, pero si la prefieren más líquida solo usen leche completa, es decir, le añaden leche líquida y listo!.

I mean, I've made it so many times that I don't usually measure anything. But to give you an idea, I used half a cup of heavy cream, three tablespoons of butter, and one large onion with the same amount of mushrooms. For the chicken, I usually use a breast and dice it. In a pan, I placed the diced chicken with a tablespoon of butter, salt, and pepper. Once it was cooked, I added the onion and mushrooms. I cooked over medium heat until the onion became translucent, then added the remaining butter and heavy cream. I like the sauce to be thick, but if you prefer it thinner, just use whole milk. That is, just add some liquid milk and you're done!

¡Olvide mencionar el vino blanco!! Solo coloque un chorrito cuando estaba sofriendo la cebolla y los champiñones junto al pollo, realmente le da un toque único a las salsas que vale la pena siempre tenerlo a la mano, una vez la preparación comienza a reducirse es momento de rectificar sal y añadir mucho queso pecorino jajaja, yo amo el queso así que le echo mucho!! También cuando está listo todo, suelo rociar queso por encima, quema visualmente espectacular y su sabor es de otro nivel, espero lo preparen en casa!.

I forgot to mention the white wine!! I just added a splash when I was sautéing the onions and mushrooms with the chicken. It really gives the sauces a unique touch, so it's always worth having it on hand. Once the sauce starts to reduce, it's time to adjust the salt and add lots of pecorino cheese, haha.
