all there are very few people who don't like to eat because no animal can survive without food so eating food is very very important. So we need to keep our body healthy by eating healthy and wholesome food.
So we need to eat foods that are rich in nutrients, but today we present to you a sea fish curry recipe.
We all know that sea fish contains a lot of iodine which is very very beneficial for our human body. I live by the sea so I get fresh sea fish. The fish takes more when cooked especially if sea fish is cooked with tomato coriander leaves then these fish are very tasty to eat
I have cooked sea poa fish today, so I thought to share this delicious recipe with my food loving friends. I have cooked this poa fish recipe in Bengali style. Hope my food loving friends will like it
Poa fish cooking materials,
Poa fish 250 grams,
Two tomatoes,
Three onions,
Six or seven green chillies,
A spoonful of red pepper,
Half spoon of turmeric powder,
Cumin Coriander powder half spoon,
Like quantity of coriander leaves,
Soybean oil 10 tsp,
Salt to taste,

Step 1
First I clean the fish and wash them with water. Once the poa fish is washed, now I will put 10 spoons of oil in a pan on the stove, when the oil is hot, add chopped onion and green chillies and fry it on medium flame.
Step 2
When the onion slices turn light brown in color, now I fry the tomato slices on low flame until the tomato slices are soft.
Step 3
When the tomato pieces become soft, now I fry them for a while by stirring them with a spoon of all the spices.
Step 4
When all the ingredients are fried, now I will stir the washed fish pieces into the bones and fry them with spices for a while. Once the fish pieces are fried with the spices, I will cook them in medium flame for 20 minutes with enough water.
Step 5
After 20 minutes, when the poa fish curry broth is a bit thick, sprinkle coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
