Today I get a healthy breakfast after I had a coffee to get awake.
This is so delicious and the right combination of stuff is giving you another nice kick to rock you day.
But first some cutting
Let's start with some apples
A pear
Always add Ginger
Some green stuff
Into the mixer
Now just throw all this into a mixer.
I add a few more secrets like Curcuma and some 100% Orange juice.
You even add other stuff like some Yoghurt or Milk or you name it.
Any other fruit might work in this drink. Sometimes we use a Kiwi or whatever is around to have a different taste.

I really enjoy this stuff with a little bit of spice
Curcuma is a genus of about 100 accepted species in the family Zingiberaceae that contains such species as turmeric and Siam tulip. They are native to Southeast Asia, southern China, the Indian Subcontinent, New Guinea and northern Australia. Some species are reportedly naturalised in other warm parts of the world such as tropical Africa, Central America, Florida, and various islands of the Pacific, Indian and Atlantic Oceans.

and last some liquid like the orange juice..

A happy family and a good feeling for that kind breakfast. Perfect for late Sunday's where you start with a brunch....
