My second cooking post was my friends creation of mushroom baked chicken with rice and vegetables.
He chose Fresh Chicken Breasts for his chicken.
He boiled several cups of long grain rice to provide a bed upon which the chicken was baked.
He smothered the breasts with cream of mushroom soup and freshly sliced mushrooms to which he topped with crushed salted crackers and white and black pepper, This he baked until the chicken was thoroughly cooked.
For his vegetables he decided upon slicing and stewing fresh squash and dried Lima beans. And for his bread he opted again for 5 cheese Texas toast.
