Salad of courgettes with soy sauce
Zucchini are juicy, spicy and aromatic. Such a salad can be served along with the garnish or add to the stew at the end of cooking.
Ingredients
- 650 g of courgettes;
- 3 cloves garlic;
- 5 peas of black pepper;
- ¼ teaspoon fennel seeds;
- ½ teaspoon coriander seeds;
- ⅓ a teaspoon of cumin seed;
- 1½ teaspoons of salt;
- 3 teaspoons of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 50 ml of vinegar 9%.
The ingredients are designed for 1 can of 1 liter.
Preparation
Peel zucchini from the peel and seeds and cut into medium cubes. Purified carrots chop slices, and garlic - thin plates.
Throw pepper and dill onto the bottom of the sterilized can. Lay out zucchini, garlic, alternating them with coriander, cumin, salt and sugar. When the pot is full, pour in it soy sauce, butter and vinegar and leave for 20 minutes.
Pour the vegetables with boiling water, not adding about 1 cm to the edge of the jar. Cover with a lid and place in a saucepan with warm water. Put the pan on the stove and sterilize the jar 30 minutes after boiling. Turn over the can, wrap and cool.
