Honey Mustard Dip

INGREDIENTS:
half cup cold water
one teaspoon cornstarch
quarter cup honey
two tablespoons thinly cuttedd green onions
one tablespoon lemon juice
four teaspoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
quarter teaspoon onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation Period: 15 minutes
Cooking Period: 15 minutes
Prepared In: 30 minutes
Put water in a medium saucepan, and blend in cornstarch to dissolve. Mix in honey. Heat to boiling, blending constantly. Lessen heat and simmer till sauce thickens, about fifteen minutes.
Eliminate sauce from heat. Blend in green onions, lemon juice, prepared Dijon-style mustard and onion powder. Serve hot or chill in the refrigerator.
