Meat balls in honey-garlic sauce

Ingredients
- 450 g of ground beef;
- 1 egg;
- 30 g of breadcrumbs;
- a few twigs of parsley;
- several feathers of green onions;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- a little vegetable oil;
- 2 teaspoons of butter;
- 120 g of ketchup;
- 60 g of honey;
- 1½ tablespoons soy sauce.
Preparation
Mix the stuffing with the beaten egg, breadcrumbs, chopped greens, 1 chopped clove of garlic and spices. Form small balls from this mass. Cover the baking tray with foil and oil it with vegetable oil. Put the meat balls on a baking tray and bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Grind the remaining garlic and fry it for about a minute. Add ketchup, honey and soy sauce. Stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook another minute. Pour the meat balls with this sauce before serving.
