Meat Solyanka
Ingredients:
- Beef 400g
- Sausages 4 pieces
- Cooked sausage 200 g
- Pickled cucumber 3 pieces
- Ham 200 g
- Onions 1 piece
- Parsley 1 beam
- Black olives 1 pot
- Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
- From beef (or pork) cook the broth, add bay leaf and black pepper.
- We cut meat from broth, sausages, sausage and ham (or smoked sausage). Onions, cucumbers and parsley finely chopped and stewed for 10 minutes with tomato paste.
- Put the stew mixture in the broth and cook for no more than 10 minutes. Then add meat, sausages, ham and sausage. Cook until boil broth. Pour olive oil into the solyanka together with the brine (olives should be pitted). Bring to a boil and immediately turn off. We serve on a table with a slice of lemon and sour cream.
