Nyala's Green Pepper
Ingredients:
one large green bell pepper, very fresh
one medium garlic clove, coarsely chopped
one-eight teaspoon salt (to your liking)
one jalapeno chile, seeded and diced (suggested)
Instructions:
Rinse the pepper and coarsely slice, eliinating core,seeds and membranes.
Add pepper, garlic and salt in the food processor fitted with a blade and scraping down the sides of the bowl frequently with a rubber spatula, process till rather soft.
Tastes and serve with spicy meat and bread.
