Ingredients
one tablespoon soy sauce
one teaspoon white sugar
half teaspoon dashi granules
half teaspoon water
quarter (twelve ounce) package silken tofu
one and half teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
quarter teaspoon thinly cutted green onion
one pinch bonito shavings
one pinch toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
Blend the soy sauce, sugar, dashi granules, and water together in small sized dish till sugar dissolves. Put the tofu on a small plate and top with ginger, green onion, and bonito shavings. Drizzle the soy mixture on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
