Cooking with Ana: Urmasics ;) Sweet,sweet,sweet :)

My guests are coming, I need something sweet. This recipe will delight them, and I hope you like it too.
It's very simple and doesn't take much time, and most importantly, you only need one bowl.

Dough :

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 baking powder
• 1 vanilla sugar

Topping:

• 400g of sugar
• 300ml of water
• 1 lemon

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, add 2 cups oil, 2 cups sugar. Whisk well then add 3 cups of flour. Stir with your hands to blend well. (Of course, wash your hands before that 😂)

Make small balls out of the dough.

On a grater, make a cake shape as in the picture.

Bake at 200 C for 20 minutes!

Topping

On a hot plate, pour 400 g of sugar and 300 ml of water into a bowl and add the juice of one lemon and leave it at 200 C for 15 minutes.
