Ingredients:
- 1 cup red lentils;
- 2-3 tomatoes;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 small onion;
- 1 medium carrot;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin;
- ¼ teaspoon coriander;
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric;
- ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika;
- black pepper;
- salt;

Preparation:
- Rinse the lentils, put in a saucepan, pour seven glasses of water and put on a small fire.
- In a frying pan fry very finely chopped tomatoes, onions, grated or sliced carrots, Bulgarian pepper, cut into thin strips.
