American Pancakes
Ingredients:
- Egg chicken 2 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Milk 2 cups
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- 1 tsp hydrated soda
- Vegetable oil ¼ cup
Preparation:
Eggs beat up with sugar and salt until the appearance of foam.
Add a glass of milk, whisk well, gradually pour in flour, constantly breaking the lumps with a whisk.
Repeat the previous step by adding the remaining cups of milk and flour.
Pour in the vegetable oil (can be replaced with melted cream).
Extinguish soda, add to the dough and mix well again. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes. During this time, heat the frying pan.
Fry over moderate heat. As soon as the bubbles appear and begin to burst, turn the pancakes and fry another 20 seconds
