Chicken with crispy crust
Ingredients:
- chicken breast or thighs;
- bread crumbs;
- grated parmesan cheese;
- olive oil;
- mayonnaise;
- milk;
- salt and pepper.
Preparation
- Rinse the chicken under cold water and dry it.
- Beat each piece with a hammer, covering with two sides of the food film.
- Mix several teaspoons of mayonnaise with milk until the consistency of yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cheese, bread crumbs, a little olive oil and spices.
- Dip the chicken first into the milk mixture, then into the cheese.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease with olive oil and lay on it chunks of chicken.
- Bake at 200 ° C for 35 minutes until golden brown.
