Donuts Without Deep Frying
Ingredients:
- Flour - 230 g;
- A pair of egg yolks;
- A pinch of salt;
- Vegetable oil - 45 ml;
- Dry yeast - 7 g;
- Milk - 160 ml.
Preparation:
- We mix 190 grams of flour with yeast and salt. Separately we beat eggs with sugar, butter and warm milk.
- We knead the dough in a bowl for a couple of minutes, and then lay it on the table, sprinkled with half of the remaining flour, and a minute more with your hands.
- We give the dough to warm up for an hour, then roll it out, sprinkling with the remains of flour, into a layer of centimeter thickness.
- Cut the donuts, put them on the baking sheet and leave in the warmth for another 45 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
