Soup with carrots and potatoes is an easy and quick to make soup. Good way to get more carrots into your diet. This dish is also quite filling and healthy.

Ingredients
- 500 g of potatoes;
- 1 small onion;
- 500 g of carrots;
- 2 medium tomatoes;
- 2 liters of water;
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- a few twigs of parsley.
Preparation
Peel the vegetables, cut into cubes and put into a saucepan. Add butter and spices. Pour water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about an hour, until the vegetables soften.
Pry the finished soup with a blender and decorate with parsley.
