Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients:
- Sugar 60 g
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- Chocolate 100 g
- Milk 50 ml
- Wheat flour 120 g
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Egg chicken 1 piece
- Butter 70 g
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put butter, sugar, chocolate (30 grams), cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat.
When the mixture has cooled down, add the egg and beat it up a little.
Add the flour and baking powder, mix.
Chop the remaining chocolate.
Fill the form with a test for 2/3, then drown in it pieces of chocolate.
Bake for 25 minutes.
