Baked apples in dough
Ingredients
- 4 apples;
- 4 teaspoons of sugar;
- ½ tsp cinnamon;
- 300 g puff pastry;
- 1 egg - at will;
- 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Cooking
Make a hole in each apple by cutting out the cores. Pour in a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
Roll out the dough and cut into 4 equal pieces. Put an apple in the middle of each one and fasten the edges of the dough wrapping the fruit.
Put the apples on a baking tray covered with parchment. To make the dough even more brown, you can grease it with a beaten egg. Bake the dessert at 190 ° C for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
