Hi guys, All we know that the italian food or, in general, the italian cooking is the best we've ever tasted!!
Now I reveal you some tricks of italian cooking...
GRANDMA'S MEATBALLS IN THE SAUCE
Ingredients:
-400 g of tomato puree
-400 g of minced beef
-an onion
-an egg
-30 g of minced cheese
-30 g of crumbs
-a pinch of salt and pepper
-a spoonful of oregano
-a spoonful of parsley
To prepare the sauce:
Put the oil on the stove. Meanwhile cut the onion very thin. When the oil is hot put the chopped onion in the pot. When the onions are golden add the tomato puree and let cook for 30/40 minutes adding water from time to time.
Add salt and pepper as you want
To prepare the meatballs:
Mix the minced beef, the oregano and the parsley in a bowl and add the chopped cheese, the crumbs and the egg. Mix all together. Salt and pepper as you want.
Model the balls and put them in a pot to fry. When the balls are golden put them in the sauce pot and complete the cooking in 10-15 minutes.
