This dish was born from me impromptu and eventually caught on) I love the chicken cutlets or pancakes to add some vegetables for juiciness. At that time I just had a small young zucchini.
The heat did not make me want to stand by the frying pan and I preferred the oven. Therefore cutlets were transformed into keksiki)))
Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 1 piece,
zucchini - 1 pc. (zucchini should be about 2 times less than chicken fillet),
onions - 2 pcs,
eggs - 2 pcs,
garlic - 2 denticles,
processed cheese - 100 grams,
manga - 1 handful (about 2 tablespoons),
salt, mixture of peppers or black pepper.
I forgot to put eggs for a photo)))
Preparation:
Remove fillets from the frame and cut into small pieces. Zucchini and onions are cleaned, cut into cubes. Grind everything in a blender or let it through a meat grinder. I have a small blender shredder, so I chopped it all in turn.
We add garlic (through the press), mango, salt, pepper. Beat eggs and gently mix in stuffing. Weight is obtained by density as a pancake and lush.
In paper or silicone molds spread on a pair of tablespoons of minced meat.
It turns out about 20 pieces.
In the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, the muffin cakes are baked in about 25 minutes.
Serve with any side dish. I have a salad from arugula, radishes, cucumber and tomato. Dressing - lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil.
Help yourself! Cucumbers are very delicate and fragrant)
