Here's a little high protein snack I whipped up this evening.
While It doesn't look that appetizing, (tuna out of a can rarely does) It tasted delicious with the addition of a few ingredients.
It's no gourmet meal, but it certainly beats plain canned tuna fish and it's pretty cheap overall if you have the stuff sitting around
Here is the recipe for my concoction:
Prep time: 5 minutes or less
1 can tuna in water. (drain water)
Handful of dry roasted peanuts
Slosh of rice wine vinegar
Few drops of sesame oil
Glug of soy sauce
Several generous squirts of Huy Fong Sriracha
Mix in bowl, add more Sriracha to taste, enjoy!
