Good morning!
What we need to cook:
- 1-2 cukinii
- salt
- flour
- oil
How to cook:
As you saw on the pictures above, wash the cukinii, cut it and add some salt. Then Put it to the flour and on the pan. Get it warm in advance and add some oil.
Then cook 3-4 min on each side.
You can make sause (maionese and garlic) and put small portions on each piece.
